1) Call or email our office on 0208 749 0362 / info@wisemovesltd.co.uk

We will explain the whole process and also give you advice on the amount of boxes you require. We can give you a price over the phone or you can send us your price request with the link below.

If you are sending house hold goods that will not fit into boxes, please use our "Pick a Quote" under the international shipping section.

2) Once you have booked, we require a £30 deposit. (We accept visa / master card or bank transfers)
Cartons will be delivered to your address at your preferred time.

3) You pack your personal goods into the boxes
Make sure that you don’t over pack the boxes and that it can be lifted by 1 man. Put a label or mark you boxes, by numbering every item and also write your name and delivery address on the boxes. We will require a full inventory of your goods. Please down load a copy here. (Shipping inventory)

4) We will arrange collection of the boxes
Ensure that you have supplied us with the correct collection address.

5) We request the final payment and ship your goods
Once all items are received we will request final payment. Your baggage / boxes will be loaded into our next groupage container for onward shipping to the destination country.

6) We unpack the container at the destination depot and arrange for Customs formalities
Our destination partners will take care of your shipment and also do the custom clearance.

7) We arrange delivery to your door in South Africa
Our Office in Cape Town will arrange onward delivery to the door in South Africa. You may also collect your boxes from their depot.
